Executive Assistant (#2365)

Justin of Sustnbl Investments is looking for an Executive Assistant who is a problem solver, a people person, creative, organized, good in analytical (numbers), open to learning, and good both in verbal and written communication. Background in social media campaigns and doing multifamily underwriting would be a plus. The company deals in buying large apartment complexes that allow individuals to invest alongside to create passive income and grow their wealth. They focus on improving the lives of the communities of the properties acquired and add value by focusing on implementing sustainable initiatives such as water conservation and solar.

If you are best at the following:
-Providing assistance with email campaigns, social media content, and posts
-Using Microsoft Excel
-Communicating with brokers using email
-Taking information from various files (pdf, excel, word, etc.) and combining it to an excel workbook for additional underwriting analysis
-Organizing appointments
-Making phone calls to properties during central time zone working hours to conduct market surveys

Note: Knowing how to navigate Excel, active campaigns, Facebook and YouTube is preferred.

Working hours: PACIFIC TIME
6 AM to 2 PM (Once we’ve established a good routine, we can reevaluate the working hours)
