Job Description

JOB TITLE: Remote Virtual Assistant
LOCATION: Remote
WORKING HOURS: US hours, to be set between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, or as needed by client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Production: Efficiently create and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
2. Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner as directed by supervisors, ensuring clear and professional communication.
3. File Maintenance: Organize and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
4. Meeting Support: Attend virtual meetings, take detailed notes, and produce accurate meeting minutes. Distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders promptly.
5. Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and send reminders as necessary.
6. Data Entry: Input and manage data accurately in spreadsheets or databases, as requested.
7. Research: Conduct online research and gather information on various topics as needed.
8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as assigned, including but not limited to travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; candidates will be required to pass a written English comprehension test.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Additional Duties:
In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, the Remote Virtual Assistant may be assigned other tasks and projects based on the evolving needs of the company.
These tasks may include but are not limited to:
• Social media management and content scheduling.
• Online research for market trends or industry insights.
• Event coordination and support.
• Customer support and handling inquiries.
• Assistance with project management and task tracking.
