JOB DESCRIPTION
The Virtual Assistant will provide a variety of administrative tasks to support an executive. Key responsibilities include scheduling, social media management, communication management, and accounting. The successful candidate will need to exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling routine inquiries.
Calendar Management: Maintain and organize calendars, ensuring efficient management of appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input data, create and maintain documents, and ensure all records are well-organized and easily accessible.
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy location and retrieval.
Research: Conduct online research on various topics, compile information, and generate reports or summaries as required.
Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and goals, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via text app.
Bookkeeping: Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, monthly reconciliations, and inventory management.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule social media content, monitor online interactions, and engage with the audience to promote our brand and services.
Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and project management tools.
Ethical and professional conduct at all times.
A bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field of study such as business management, marketing, or communications.
