About this Role
The role of the Executive Assistant is to support the CEO by ensuring that all tasks assigned by the CEO are done according to the communicated expectation. Excellent organisational and implementation skills, knowledge in using AI chat tools, content writing and IT content management knowledge are necessary to be successful in this role.

• Advanced technical skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office365)

• Proactive and flexible; can effectively deal with changing priorities
• Can problem solve, gather and analyse relevant information and make sound recommendations
Responsibilities:
• Assist the CEO in implementing and coordinating projects across the organisation.
• Use AI tools to create, edit, and manage content as required for various projects.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
• Design and create professional Word document templates for use across the organisation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring they are met.
• Organise and coordinate CEO’s meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Train staff on the use of document templates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for regulatory bodies.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings arrangements.
• Other duties as assigned
To be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within an RTO or education sector.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in creating Word document templates.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and IT content management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with RTO compliance and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
• Above average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in an international organisation an advantage
