Key Responsibilities:
– Calendar Management: Oversee calendars to optimize schedules, reflecting our dynamic project timelines and client meetings.

– Report Management: Produce and ensure the accuracy of various reports, playing a key role in tracking our clients’ project progress and results.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
– Prior experience in administrative roles, especially within a marketing or digital business context.
– Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work under pressure.
