About the role:
We are a software company offering an exciting Executive Assistant role.
The role is perfect for someone who can take the initiative and make the role their own. We are looking for a smart, driven, and highly organised person to join our team as the Executive assistant to the Director.
Role Summary:
To thrive in this role, you will excel at taking on administrative tasks, creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures, and managing various projects across all business operations.
You will possess a strong administrative background.

Experience and Qualifications:
– Experience 3+ years in a similar role (preferred).
– Graduation: bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
– Fluent in written and spoken English.
– Location: You are based in Australia or in a similar time zone (required).

Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director to manage his time, calendar, inbox, and payments.
Numerous administrative tasks to assist the Director.
Communicating on behalf of the Director by email or phone.
Managing payments to contractors.
Organising meetings and providing follow-ups.
Executing contracts with stakeholders.
Travel organisation and bookings.
Events organisation for customers, staff, training, webinars etc.
Create or introduce new systems and documenting processes.
Strategic planning and performing research.
Reporting, data analysis, and presenting data.
Engage and build trust with the Director and stakeholders.
Collect and analyse feedback.
Location:
Our head office is in Sydney, Australia (GMT +10). This role is a remote working-from-home role.
