We are seeking a Executive Assistant to support our CEO and contribute significantly to the daily operations of our rapidly growing company.
**Position Summary:**
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Orange Door Stays, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our executive’s daily activities. In addition to traditional executive assistant responsibilities, this role will also encompass significant involvement in business operations, providing you with a unique opportunity to contribute to our company’s success. This is a 100% remote position, and you will work during Los Angeles business hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Business Operations Support:** Actively participate in the CEO’s business operations, including strategy development, project management, and operational planning. You will work closely with the CEO to drive business initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
– **Executive Support:** Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed. Conduct research and compile information for special projects and reports.
– **Document Management:** Assist in managing and organizing documents, files, and records. Ensure the CEO has timely access to critical business information.
– **Presentation and Reporting:** Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and reports to support key business decisions and stakeholder communication.
– **Liaison and Communication:** Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, as well as external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
– **Confidentiality:** Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and demonstrate discretion in all interactions.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asana).
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
– Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and tools.
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
– Knowledge of the short-term rental industry or hospitality is a plus.
