A wonderful opportunity for someone to join an exciting new business.
The Developer Network Association – DNA ???? is a new business built within an existing well established property company.

Aimed at house builders and property developers in the UK… the group will add lots of value to small to medium – SME – companies with an appetite for growth.

Supporting the director, this role is integral to the growth of the business.

Here are some of the tasks you may be asked to do.

???? managing social media for DNA ???? membership group
???? Creating Dropbox/google drive folders to share land information
???? creating presentations for events
???? creating workbooks
???? obtaining costings
???? updating the budget with costs
???? updating business stats
???? checking and sorting my email
???? posting job opportunities and managing applications
???? creating a newsletter for DNA and sending out to our members
???? executive VA support
???? adding contacts and notes to the Salesforce system for me
???? creating process maps / call lists etc
???? conducting market research and drafting reports on the house building market
???? helping organise events and workshops

You will need experience of the following systems.
???? Google drive / mail / docs / sheets
???? Salesforce CRM
???? Excel – able to create charts and graphs from data
???? Chat GPT – AI
???? Social Media – insta/facebook/tiktok – able to post and respond to comments.
???? Canva – able to create content
???? LinkedIn – training available
???? Indeed job board – training available
???? Dropbox
???? Have an understanding on how to create presentations on PowerPoint

English speaking is very important, and great communication skills will be key.
You will likely be higher on I and S on the DISC profile.
