Job Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the linchpin for our leadership, propelling the company’s operational efficiency and driving growth.
In this dynamic startup setting, you’ll excel as a versatile multitasker, immersing yourself in different departments and consistently broadening your technical skill set.
Your responsibilities encompass administrative tasks, process optimization, and bookkeeping expertise, all geared toward advancing and refining the company’s operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements across all business operations, prioritizing administrative workflows.
Administrative Excellence: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including dispatching and monitoring orders, from invoicing to record-keeping and documentation.
Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth market research, presenting growth opportunities and industry insights to the leadership team.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Customer Service: Handle invoicing, client follow-ups, calls, and emails to ensure excellent customer service.
Project Management: Lead special projects for operations, expansion, and process optimization, collaborating across teams.
Leadership Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, assisting in decision-making, problem-solving, and initiative prioritization.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and streamline processes effectively.
Qualifications:

Organizational Prowess: Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Independence and Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive company growth.
Communication Skills: Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, specifically Excel or Sheets, Quickbooks Online.
Innovative Mindset: Proactively research and implement new tools and processes for streamlined workflows and efficient organization.
