Executive Assistant

Experience in real estate or being Executive Assistant is preferred. Help a busy realtor with personal and business tasks. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents, tracking all emails, checking voicemails, and keeping track of a lot of balls in the air. Very deadline-driven, multi-task, fast pace, and support the main agent on the team. Also, you’ll also handle basic marketing. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, good at details, dates, times, and manage agents’ calendars. Create your own system to manage many things. Responsibilities

Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
Check emails, check voicemails, and text messages, and make sure the right people get the messages.
Get a lot of stuff done every day.
This position is for somebody who wants to get a lot done.
Self Starter and is not afraid of getting things done and figuring out what needs to get done.
This position requires a can-do attitude.
You must enjoy turning chaos into order.

Qualifications

Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Available evenings and weekends
Great written and verbal skills
Tech Savvy.
Does not stress under pressure and fast pace environment.
Looking for a long position where you can grow and develop.
