The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties, content creation, web development, social media, and efficient schedule coordination. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can adeptly handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
– Craft engaging and innovative content for the company’s website, marketing collateral, and social media platforms.
– Edit and produce compelling copy for promotional materials, newsletters, blogs, and other communication mediums.

2. Web Development:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate website maintenance and updates.
– Utilize content management systems or coordinate with web developers to implement necessary website improvements.

3. Social Media Assistance:
– Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting schedules, and engaging with followers.
– Monitor trends and analyze social media insights to optimize content strategy.

4. Schedule Management:
– Coordinate and oversee executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
– Prioritize and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events as necessary.

5. Administrative Support:
– Offer administrative aid to executives, such as organizing files, drafting correspondence, and managing inquiries.
– Assist in generating reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

6. Communication and Coordination:
– Serve as a liaison between departments, executives, and external contacts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
– Exercise confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in executive or administrative support roles.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for task prioritization.
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
– Familiarity with web development tools and content management systems (CMS).
– Experience in social media management across various platforms.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
