Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Remote/Work From Home

Amgis Group, a small but rapidly growing company with interests in e-commerce, manufacturing, and investments, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks across multiple endeavors, including organizing the CEO’s daily activities, managing email correspondence, booking travel arrangements, and assisting with personal and family-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to important messages and flagging urgent items for the CEO’s attention.
Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring that the CEO’s itinerary is well-planned and organized.
Assist the CEO in working on various business tasks across e-commerce, manufacturing, and investment endeavors, including conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating with other teams or departments as needed.
Assist the CEO with personal and family-related tasks, such as managing personal appointments and coordinating family events.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, or partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required, such as cloud file organization, drafting correspondence, etc.

Requirements:
Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in an executive support role or similar capacity, preferably in a small or growing organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously across different business sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
Experience managing complex travel arrangements and schedules.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A high level of flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
