Looking for an Executive Assistant to command our office and work 1-on-1 with the President. We are a small and growing creative architecture and design firm, which means that all of our members are active contributors of the design of our firm.
Former experience working with enterprises or as a VA strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Completes a variety of administrative tasks including: calendar management; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, creating itineraries and agendas.
• Communicates directly and on behalf of the President with client and consultants.
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns and determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
• Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands?on approach, including personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the President’s ability to effectively lead the company.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles concerns expeditiously and proactively; and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressure.
• Understands and tailors the firms Ethos and represents this with external tasks, which include social media, newsletters, client outreach, etc.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Superb organizational skills and the initiative to self-appoint projects and follow through
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated initiative-taking approaches to problem?solving with strong decision?making capability.
• Emotionally intelligent.
• Forward-thinking and actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Strong computer skills: our team member will be juggling a variety of programs as is interested in designing/streamlining systems and processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
