SMBC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to our COO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
– Must have good command of the English language. Able to explain complicated concepts with flowcharts and/or other visual aids
– Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
– Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
– Collaborate with various business units to streamline processes and improve efficiency
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Requirements:
– Must have previous relevant experience as an Executive/Virtual Assistant for at least 2-3 years.
– Must have own computer with minimum specs to perform the job function, preferably i7 or higher.
– Must have own stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS upload and download speed), with backup internet connection
– Graduate of any 4-year degree
Employment Type: Full-time
Work hours: 8 hours per day, 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM Central Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: Remote (work-from-home), but must be willing to work in Pasig City (Ortigas QC)/Taguig City once our office has been set up!
