About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting a busy mom and real estate entrepreneur. This position requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and effectively handle sales calls. Your ability to juggle various responsibilities with precision and professionalism is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
**Social Media Management:**
– Create and edit high-quality Instagram Reels and other content to enhance social media presence.
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
– Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to boost visibility and reach.
– **Content Creation:**
– Design visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts.
– Write compelling captions and content that align with the brand’s voice and message.
– Schedule and post content consistently across platforms.
– **Sales and Client Relations:**
– Make persuasive sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
– Maintain a strong track record of converting leads into sales.
– Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
– **Administrative Support:**
– Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
– Assist with project management and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and editing.
– Strong track record in making sales calls and achieving sales targets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
– Knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
– High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
