Job Description

I am an entrepreneur. I own a pressure washing, seal coating and line striping business. I am looking for someone to help me get organized better and make my life easier and less cluttered.

Looking for someone to start and work 15-25 hours a week with the opportunity to work 40-50.

I am looking for a great Executive assistant who can:

Make calls (personal appointments, credit card/vendor issues, and even help on client calls if needed)
Answer emails and organize them as needed
Send and solicit via email
Resourceful – able to solve or look for potential solutions to small issues on her own
Has Experience and has worked in this position before with a great reference. I don’t want to try and teach someone how to do this. I will teach you what I need but someone needs experience and should be showing me ways they made another Executive/Entrepreneurs life easier.
Order materials as needed Compile data for email marketing lists. Draft emails to marketing list from templates.
Light bookkeeping – categorize expenses in Quickbooks and flag any that need my attention.
Light Photo Editing: Create before and after pictures from photos that I provide and post them to OneUP.
Puling Data for Quotes and putting data into quoting software.
Update COIs and other documentation to send to vendors.
Compile data for email marketing lists. Draft emails to marketing list from templates.
Used CRMs before and understands the basics (we use Housecall Pro but it is easy to learn)
Highly organized
Experience with a service company
Available between 8 am – 5 pm (it will be part-time at first but inside that window)

Looking for someone to start and work 15-25 hours a week with the opportunity to work much more if you desire. This can and will be a full-time job if you would like it to be.
