An Assistant Launch Executive Assistant is a high-performing proactive leader with high integrity and attention to detail. You’ll also need to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism as well as being organized, tech-savvy, an effective communicator, resourceful, and results-oriented.

Demonstrated Experience In:
– Managing schedules, calendars, emails, meetings, and calls
– Arranging travel bookings and hotel accommodations
– Timely communication and reporting to the Executive client
– Managing and optimizing client’s time and priorities
– Analyzing opportunities for client growth, both personally and professionally
– Management of internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and/or social media sites
– Conducting market research and creating presentations as necessary
– Learning client’s preferences and providing them with services catered to their preferences
Your qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executive management
– An effective communicator with good presentation skills
– Tech-savvy with knowledge of various tools (CRM, Project Management, GW, MS Office, etc.)
– High performer with a growth-oriented mindset
– You have a good level of emotional, social, and relational intelligence
– A self-starter with the ability to set and achieve goals
– Ability to organize prioritize and multitask smartly
– A creative thinker who can solve complex problems
– Methodical and attentive to details
– Amenable to nightshift / graveyard working schedule
– Able to work full-time
– Can start immediately
