Role Overview:
Provide administrative and creative support directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
Manage CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
Handle day-to-day administrative duties for optimal operations efficiency.
Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
Present insights to influence content strategies.
Creative Support:
Contribute ideas for new content across various platforms.
Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
Learning & Growth:
Stay abreast of trends in social media, the creator economy, and digital content creation.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.
Commitment & Vision Alignment:

Willing to work flexibly, including weekends.

Operations and SOP Development:
Required to create, implement, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the business.
Enhance operational efficiency by developing clear and effective operational systems and processes.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
Previous role as an Executive Assistant or similar.
Experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
Operations Experience:
Previous experience with operations and SOP development is highly valued.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Proficient in data analysis and familiar with social media platforms.
