Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Task Management:

Organizing and prioritizing tasks
Ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
Email Management:

Monitoring and categorizing incoming emails
Summarizing emails and taking necessary actions
Forwarding important matters to the executive
Call Screening:

Acting as initial point of contact for calls
Screening calls and taking messages
Forwarding important calls to the executive
Calendar Management:

Managing the executive’s calendar
Arranging appointments and scheduling meetings
Avoiding conflicts in the schedule
Meeting Preparation:

Providing briefings for meetings
Handling logistics for meetings (booking venues, setting up virtual meetings)
Ensuring necessary materials are ready
Personal Responsibilities:

Tracking and reminding about personal tasks and events
Managing personal appointments and ensuring attendance
Deadline Tracking:

Monitoring tasks, projects, and responsibilities with deadlines
Ensuring timely completion
Liaising with Stakeholders:

Interacting with business partners, clients, staff, etc.
Maintaining clear and effective communication
Other Duties:

Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the role
Performing additional assigned tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English for managing written and verbal communication.
Microsoft Office Proficiency:

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to create and edit spreadsheets.
Knowledge of advanced Excel functions.
Capability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Organizational Skills:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage a busy schedule and various tasks effectively.
Numerical Understanding:

Comfortable with numbers.
Capable of performing calculations and interpreting data.
Skill in presenting numerical information clearly.
Design Understanding:

Good sense of design for visually appealing presentations and documents.
CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM platforms, preferably .
Quick learner and willingness to learn new CRM systems.
Technical Skills:

Strong technical acumen.
Quick grasp of new technologies and software.
Bonus: Experience with AI technology like GPT for translation.
Learning Ability:

Fast learner open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Flexibility:

Adaptability and readiness to take on new tasks or shift priorities.
Efficiency:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
Structural Thinking:
