Position Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in our executive team, directly supporting the CEO and contributing to the strategic execution of our business vision. This role demands a highly organized, creative, and analytical individual capable of managing diverse tasks, from content creation and SEO optimization to social media management and campaign outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and present reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data from Analytics and other platforms.
Create engaging blogs using ChatGPT, optimizing them with Rank Math Pro for enhanced SEO performance.
Conduct on-page SEO to improve website visibility and search engine ranking.
Manage and execute social media strategies, creating compelling posts that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Lead outreach campaigns and schedule podcast interviews, expanding our network and online presence.
Perform basic graphic design tasks, supporting our visual content strategy.
Engage in YouTube marketing, enhancing our channel’s reach and viewer engagement.
Collaborate with the executive team to bring the CEO’s vision to life, ensuring that strategies are effectively implemented.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B/B2C environment.
Strong proficiency with Rank Math Pro, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make informed recommendations.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with the executive team and external partners.
