As an Executive Assistant, you will provide excellence by:
– Develop and implement efficient processes for handling inbound communications from business owners and brokers.
– Prioritize requests, ensuring the executive’s focus on high-impact engagements.
– Craft and maintain a meticulously organized calendar, aligning with business priorities and strategic objectives.
– Proactively identify conflicts and propose solutions to optimize the executive’s schedule.
– Liaise with business owners and brokers to schedule meetings, calls, and other interactions with the executive.
– Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional interaction.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve conflicts while preserving positive relationships.
– Assist the executive in prioritizing tasks and commitments, offering valuable insights based on business objectives.
– Make informed decisions on behalf of the executive, considering the broader organizational context.
– Effectively communicate with internal and external parties to confirm appointments, share pertinent information, and set clear expectations.
– Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure accountability and drive progress.
