Compensation: to be determined based on experience and performance, salary >$1600/month with opportunities for growth

Job Summary: Perhaps one of the most important positions on the team for the overall success of the business, you are the the right hand person for the CEO to make sure she has everything she needs. This is a unique opportunity to be in the middle of amazing growth and relationships with experts around the world through your direct support and assistance to a female business owner.

This critical role makes an impact through these tasks and responsibilities:
Supports the CEO to keep up with all of her work so that the business can run smoothly
Manages email inbox and key relationships with other experts and business partners
Schedule management
Book her on podcasts and respond to invitations for speaking engagements
Be the interface between the CEO and the team through daily management of Asana tasks
Project management of the few but important CEO responsibilities
Assisting the CEO in her every day tasks as necessary to quickly work through projects including but not limited to creating documents, communicating key information to team members, event planning and taking notes from key meetings and translating them to real-time action steps and tasks assigned to team members
Executive assistant tasks like schedule management, purchases, travel arrangements as necessary.

Ideal Applicants:
-Will already have familiarity with chatgpt, other AI Tools, Google chat/drive and Asana project management software
-Are looking for a long-term (>5 years) work place where they can make a big impact in the world

Accountable outcomes are a way we measure success for this role. The accountable outcomes are:

Responds to emails in CEO inbox within 24 business hours
Calendar is kept up to date
Ensures the right people are on her calendar for the right amount of time
Ensure all links and documents on the calendar are correct and operational
Manages the CEO’s daily Asana tasks and sets the priority tasks for each day
Provides an updated to do list M-Sat. (end of day Friday for the weekend)
Schedule Management: Securing CEO’s calendar and making sure she has enough time to create content, review contracts, and build relationships
Securing interview schedule for the CEO both for affiliate commitments and podcast guest invitations.
Prepare everything for interviews, providing the founder’s expert interview topic and questions tailored to fit the audience of the inviting host
Properly vets requests and new relationships before offering scheduling with CEO (have an SOP)
Vetting new affiliate opportunities and podcast guest invitations and identifying if their goals are aligned before booking the CEO
All essential meetings are scheduled within 24 hours of request
Keeping a record of business ideas and revisiting them once in a while to determine which of these ideas can be implemented and explored further

Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to project manage across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Experience working remotely
Excellence with calendar management and scheduling meetings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High-speed dependable internet connection
Experience with zoom and its advanced features
