We are looking for an assistant to the CEO/Owner of Performance Wraps. A small vehicle wrap shop in Ohio that is rapidly growing. This position will allow the CEO to be a better, more productive, and more effective leader and a better husband at home with more time to volunteer and contribute to the community. An experienced executive assistant with a project management or event planning background is preferred. Helping the CEO communicate and coordinate with employees, vendors, and prospects would be a regular task. This will be a new position for Performance Wraps, so the continued efforts to streamline the tasks, write training manuals on the different tasks, and continue thinking towards how to be more effective and beneficial to the CEO, take as much as possible of his plate and focus on the growth of the position and company is a must.

Responsibilities:

To have daily briefing calls with the Executive.
Manage and prioritize the executive team’s emails, calendar, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of their time.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Conduct research and compile information on various topics to support the executive team in decision-making and project planning.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal and side-hustle tasks for the executives as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in administrative tasks.
To continuously create and update training manuals on repetitive tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Experience in project management or event planning is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

It is expected that the first 90 days will be a lot of training and system creation to be as efficient and effective as possible. Pay raises will be discussed after that trial period.
