Here is why you don’t want the job… I’m crazy and a workaholic!
Like completely crazy and my team calls me the squirrel because I have a million ideas in my head all the time. I am a Type A person and it can be overwhelming.
I am also an engineer so I am meticulous and anal about how I want things done, and it must be done in a systematic way and by a process.
I also move very fast, make decisions quickly and absolutely need someone who can keep up with me and grow along with me. Someone who wants to push themselves to get better all the time along with me. If you want to stay stagnant and not grow, this is not for you!

Also our staff is in California and Washington DC. We prefer no graveyard shift and have several of the hours work between 8 AM and 5 PM pacific.

My company is a real estate investment company and not only will you support me, You will also provide support for our four other executives. So not only will you need to where many hats, but also cater to each one of our styles.

One thing you can count on is I take Extreme Ownership of the things in my world which means I hold myself accountable if I make a mistake. I expect that out of everyone who is on my team. We all must take responsibility for our actions, even the things we didn’t do is key around here, so there will be no pointing the finger to others or things we can’t control.

As an executive assistant you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks including:
Email management.
Maintaining communications and task priorities.
Maintaining appointment schedules and calendar.
Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings.
Managing expense tracking / receipts
Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.

Your Skills and Experience:
Fluent in English (Native level)
Experienced in Microsoft office suite of products
A minimum of 3 years, direct hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration.
Email management experience is crucial.
Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of online tools and software such as Gmail, Asana, and Zoom.
Ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong writing/communication skills.
Highly organized.
A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
