Why work with us?
Starting wage depends on experience and qualifications. $500 per month is base minimum. To give you an idea, $950 per month is example for applicant who has the exact experience preferred. We pay 2x per month. This is based on 40 hours per week with average 4 weeks. Some months may have more days than others. We do not pay per hour unless that is arranged specifically with you due to you needing less hours. There is opportunity for growth.

Job Duties for Executive Assistant
Daily Meetings with CEO:
Successfully facilitate daily 15-minute meetings with the CEO to ensure alignment on priorities and provide essential support.
Extension of Me:
Act as a seamless extension of the executive, understanding their needs and proactively addressing them.
Gift Management:
Efficiently handle gift procurement, ensuring timely delivery and personalized selections to strengthen relationships.
Card Sending:
Consistently send thoughtful cards to maintain and nurture professional relationships.
Calendar Management:
Maintain and optimize the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts.
Contact Database Management:
Effectively manage the contact database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for quick reference.
Community Outreach and Partnership Building:
Actively engage with nonprofit and school partners, fostering valuable relationships to support the organization’s mission.
Presentation Coordination:
Successfully identify, schedule, and prepare for presentations at conferences, fairs, and schools.
Presentation Preparation:
Prepare compelling and informative presentations that resonate with the audience.
Gift-Giving Strategy:
Develop and execute a strategic gift-giving plan to strengthen connections and express gratitude.
Mail Management:
Efficiently handle the mailing of important items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Trust Replenishment Management:
Skillfully manage trust replenishments and monitor balances for the legal team’s support.
Productivity Reporting:
Generate detailed productivity reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Travel Arrangements:
Expertly handle all aspects of travel planning, including flights, hotels, cars, and dining reservations.
Report Preparation:
Prepare insightful reports that provide valuable insights and support decision-making.
Thorough Research:
Conduct thorough research on various topics to support informed decision-making and planning.
Referral Partner Outreach:
Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners to expand the network.

Podcast and Video Guest Coordination:
Skillfully coordinate guest appearances for podcasts and firm video production, ensuring smooth operations.
