Business Savvy Physician is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to their CEO.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the CEO and working to streamline daily administrative and operational tasks, while supporting strategic initiatives, functioning as a partner, and managing long-term projects.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent project management and organizational skills, and is willing to help out wherever needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
** Has previous experience with operations and managing team
** Is a quick start who quickly turns tasks around and takes action; knows how to be persistent and resourceful to solve problems, remove roadblocks and get things done
** Exhibits strong professionalism – demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with the CEO, other leaders and members of the team
** Must be able to work independently and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects
** Strong skills in analyzing information, formulating logical and objective conclusions and making effective recommendations.
** Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
** Has a genuine passion for supporting others.
** Strong skills with Google Sheets, Excel and Word Documents.
** Fluent in English and both speaking and writing well.
** Create content for social media using Canva (or another platform if they prefer).
** Excel in social media like Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Maintain the CEO’s calendar in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items, and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide/worldwide team, spanning multiple time zones.
** Understand the CEO’s goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary.
** Partner closely with the Profit Center Managers, CEO and Operations Team to coordinate needs across the organization.
** Collaborate on internal operations and HR projects as the company scales
** Database management – implement and keep track of documentation and filing processes
** Drafting internal and external communications
** Provide support with financial tasks and reporting
** Take ownership of additional duties and special projects, as needed
** Creating social media posts using Canva or another platform. They will need to be able to make regular single picture posts and carousel posts. They will need to be able to schedule them to post on social media at certain times.

Experience and Skills Required:
** 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for the C-Suite.
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
** Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
** Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Asana / Trello / Favro, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
** Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
** Bonus if you have any Zoho CRM experience.

Tech Requirements:
** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Work Schedule: Work core hours are from Monday through Thursday 9am – 2pm CST // 11PM – 4AM PH Time.
Salary Range: Php 15,000 – 25,000/month.
