Hi, I’m Dr. Elizabeth Rodgers,

I’m a Harvard trained health and longevity doctor, epidemiologist, researcher, speaker, author, and thought leader.

Many people struggle to feel whole and energized, and to create optimal health and wellbeing- mind, body and spirit, which makes them feel exhausted. As a health and longevity doctor with a PhD, I help people identify the root causes of why they’re not feeling their best and create roadmaps to heal from the inside-out. I believe the evolution of the modern healthcare system is upon us and I am here to create the health practice of the future NOW – a health and longevity practice.

I suffered a near death experience 16 years ago that changed my outlook on the way we approach health and healing, and now I’m on a mission.

As a researcher, I studied the causes of health issues. After spending over 15 years in the western healthcare system, I became disappointed in how often it fails patients. Now in my private practice, I work with leaders who are tired of being told they can only manage symptoms, who don’t want to be stuck, and who want to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being so they can be their healthiest and create a more health-conscious world. I help women follow a root cause approach and create roadmaps to heal from the inside out, so they can finally look and feel their best at any age – mind, body, and spirit.

As a values and purpose driven woman who is spiritually grounded, I’m here to serve and create expansion for people and the world. My business is transforming as I launch a newly structured health practice to include public speaking, writing, and executive consulting on a more regular basis. I need a teammate who shares my values and mission and has a passion for serving too, who is ready to grow with me!

WHAT I NEED:
A rockstar, positive, high-vibe assistant who wants to help me build a world where people understand that the power to get unstuck and create the health and life of their dreams lives inside of them, and they know how to use it to align their identity with their health! You must believe in health and well-being, integrity, genuineness, and have a passion for personal growth because it’s leading by example that allows us to help others grow and evolve – mind, body, and spirit. Some of your regular tasks will include:
• CRM, contracts, and payment system management
• Website – creation of hidden pages, revisions, minor changes
• Project management
• Email handling and monitoring
• Lead generation, social media outreach, customer support, and communication with clients
• Calendar management – scheduling appointments
• Research speaking gigs and media appearances
• KPI reports and monitoring, updating of trends and data
• Management and updating of Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOPs)
• Recommend new software, systems, and solutions when appropriate
• Podcast management – upload, schedule and release episodes
• Supportive tasks such as making personal appointments

In General this role requires (some repetition from tasks listed above):
? Backend work:
? CRM
? Contracts
? Payment systems
? Website creation of hidden pages, revisions, and minimal changes
? Schedule, format, and post blogs
? Project management
? Managing support email
? All business-related customer and client service
? Calendar support and management including scheduling calendar & appointments
? Research speaking gigs and media appearances
? Research and outreach as part of ideal client sales and growth strategy
? Drafting, formatting and scheduling newsletters and other messages to email list including writing the call-to-action (CTA)
? Maintain Showit and Squarespace sites and create additional pages (hidden and otherwise) when needed
? Basic communication with new client inquiries via email and messaging (support with scheduling discovery calls, getting links, invoices, completing intake forms, etc.)
? KPI reports and monitoring, updating of trends and data
? Other supportive personal tasks such as personal appointments, shopping, etc.
? Management and updating of Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOPs)
? Recommend new software, systems, and solutions when appropriate
? Opportunity for incentives for growth
? Current systems used: ConvertKit, Dubsado, Airtable, Showit, Stripe, Zoom, Google & Google Drive, WhatsApp or Voxer or some method of direct contact, Trello

REQUIREMENTS
? Must be available during some working hours Monday-Friday on the east coast (EST) of the United States for client communication
? English speaking and writing
? Self-motivated, self-directed
? Detail oriented and organized
? Experience managing others
? Passionate about making an impact in the world and serving others

POSITION
? 40 hours per week
? $600/month USD
