Job Description

This is a full-time position for an Exceptional Executive Personal Assistant. Work hours are 10 – 6pm CST. Some weekends may be necessary. We are seeking a pro-active, self-driven individual with a can-do, will-do, positive attitude who is highly self directed but is willing to ask questions when unsure.

The right candidate is great at multi-tasking, strategic thinking, highly intelligent, and is continually improving him/herself. Previous employers are impressed with your work ethic and independence. You never give up and are highly resources, able to turn nothing into great results. You always find ways to get things done on time. You believe that your word is gold and you will do whatever it takes to live up to your word.

Experience with Sales, Linkedin Navigator, Octopus CRM, communicating with written English comfortably

Responsibilities

– Communicate with potential customers with the goal of signing them up for our service
– Schedule meetings and manage calendars
– Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
– Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
– Help with daily time management
– Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
– Coordinate events and speaking engagements
– Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
– Help with business administrative tasks when needed
– Organize, filing, setting up proper efficient systems to reduce

Qualifications

– Strong Excel, Word, online research skills
– Linkedin – Messages, Sales Navigator, Octopus CRM
– Quickbooks, keeping track of receipts, reimbursements, time sheets
– Exceptional time-management and organization skills
– Extremely resourceful and can get a lot done with very few resources
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Professional cadence in all communications
– Strong note-taking skills in meetings with Board Members (minutes documentation)
– Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
– Community Moderation
– Active listening and good communication skills
– A proactive approach to problem-solving
– Ability to multitask
– Type minimum 60 wpm or more
