Job Description

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has previous experience with operations and managing team
• Is a quick start who quickly turns tasks around and takes action; knows how to be persistent and resourceful to solve problems, remove roadblocks and get things done
• Exhibits strong professionalism – demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with the CEO, other leaders and members of the team
• Must be able to work independently and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects
• Strong skills in analyzing information, formulating logical and objective conclusions and making effective recommendations.
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting others.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read emails and prepare outgoing mail or correspondence
• Schedule and manage appointments by phone
• Attend meetings in place of the CEO, when requested, to identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items, and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide/worldwide team, spanning multiple time zones.
• Understand the CEO’s goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary.
• Partner closely with the Profit Center Managers, CEO and Operations Team to coordinate needs across the organization.
• Purchase/place orders for Manager
• Create documents from templates
• Over communicate expectations and blockers to tasks
• Book & research travel
• Collaborate on internal operations and HR projects as the company scales
• Database management – implement and keep track of documentation and filing processes
• Drafting internal and external communications
• Provide support with financial tasks and reporting
• Take ownership of additional duties and special projects, as needed

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for the C-Suite.
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Ability to speak clearly and assertively on the phone
• Excellent English skills, and ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
• Ability to use VPN and have mobile phone/whatsapp

Work core hours are from 8am-5pm PST // 11pm-8am PHT (schedule may adjust if the CEO is traveling)

This is for a full time position.
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000
