I am looking for a part time virtual assistant to help me manage my small company by handling the following tasks
– organize 1 monthly online workshop (get agendas from the speakers, create the event registration page, create marketing emails, following up with speakers, follow up with attendees after the workshop, promote the workshop on Linkedin, etc)
– create graphics for social media via Canva (20-30 graphics per month, we have templates that are easy to use)
– manage my email inbox and calendar (follow up with contacts, organize inbox, prioritize important emails, delete spam, etc)
– schedule social media posts (5-6 per week, we have templates that are easy to use)
– monitor social media and do small bits of engagement a few times a week
– keep google drive and dropbox organized
– write blog posts (2 per month)
– write marketing emails (8-12 per month)
– schedule emails to our email list (2-4 per week)
– make small updates to our website
– maintain our youtube channel (upload recap videos from our workshops to our youtube channel)
– organize receipts for bookkeeping (at the end of every month)
– manage and improve workflows for things like receipt tracking, workshop planning, social media engagement, email marketing, etc
– manage asana boards and tickets
– take on any and all responsibilities that you can remove from my plate
– contribute ideas and come up with solutions
– continuously learn and grow

I’m a full time professional in the tech industry and I run my business on the side. I am looking for an executive assistant who can eventually become the chief of staff or operations manager and run the business full time while I work my other job full time. It’s not a complex business and there’s lots of opportunity to become profitable

The time commitment should be around 15-20 hours a week, with the ability to increase hours over time as we grow.
Your schedule is very flexible, my only ask is that you deliver work on time and avoid making a lot of small mistakes that slow things down. I need to see progress on a day to day basis. If I don’t hear from you or see work being done for multiple days at a time, that is a huge red flag.
My budget is $300 a month which works out to around $3.75 at 20 hours per week. HOWEVER, if you can complete all the work on a weekly basis in less than 20 hours then that’s fine with me. I don’t care as long as you are effective and don’t make a lot of unnecessary mistakes.
