SARAL is an influencer relationship management platform for Ecommerce businesses to find, reach out, manage, and track performance of the influencers they work with. We’re a bootstrapped company from Mumbai, selling to US-based brands — so it’s an exciting chance to work with the team and build a truly international product.

We prefer if you have atleast 2 year’s of experience working as an EA with a Founder directly. But don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t.

???? Role and Responsibilities

– Inbox Management
– Customer Support
– Content Repurposing and Reposting
– Creating pre-call prep notes and sending post-call follow-up messages
– Activation Checkins with Customers
– Other Miscellaneous tasks
– Sales Prospecting

Adaptability: We’re a fast-growing dynamic startup. You must have a demonstrated history of learning new things and applying them at work.

Communication Skills (Spoken and Written): Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. You will speak with team members, customers, and partners on behalf of the founder, so clarity and professionalism are key.

Attention to Detail: Small details can have a significant impact on the success of a startup. You should be meticulous and capable of catching errors before they become problems.

Ownership Attitude: You must show ownership of your assigned responsibilities and commit to making sure the right outcomes are achieved. This goes beyond doing what is “enough”

Great Project Management Skills: We’d prefer if you have previous history in project management and driving successful projects to desired KPI’s, managing multiple stakeholders.

Don’t do what you’re told: We need you to have a proactive attitude. Don’t do what you’re told to do. Take a proactive approach to systems, processes, and how you can make the founder’s life easier. Experiment and make changes!

Problem-Solving Skills: Startups often face unique challenges. You must be able to understand situations and suggest solutions.

Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships within the company, with external partners, and customers is important. Empathy and strong interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
