a) Manage CEO’s Google Calendar
b) Manage CEO’s Ring Central phone calls, voicemails, and SMS messages
c) Manage CEO’s Gmail
d) Manage CEO’s 501c3 volunteer endeavors and events
e) Support the CEO’s management efforts of 25+ staff members
f) Support the CEO’s customer service efforts for past, current, and prospective customers and partners
g) Support the CEO’s task management
h) Support the CEO’s delegated task management
i) Support the CEO for personal matters not related to work
2. Corporate Payables Admin
a) W2 payroll admin for U.S. staff
b) W9 payment admin for U.S. contractors
c) W8 payment admin for W8 contractors in Mexico and Philippines
d) Oversee all corporate payables for all budgeted and non-budgeted expenses under the direction of the CEO
e) Oversee all bank accounts, available operating capital, and credit accounts for the entire organization
3. Systems Admin
a) Google Calendar Admin for the entire organization
b) Ring Central Admin for the entire organization
c) CRM Admin for the entire organization
d) HR Admin for the entire organization including management of all company policies
e) Teamlogger Admin for the entire organization including management of Emergency Time Off and Scheduled Time Off
f) G-Suite and Google Drive Admin for the entire organization
g) Godaddy Admin for the entire organization
4. Real Estate Investment Property Portfolio Coordinator
a) Manage utilities
b) Manage property taxes
c) Manage insurance
d) Manage mortgage loans
e) Manage Property Manager
f) Manage capital improvements, repairs, and maintenance
g) Manage contractors and service providers
h) Manage routine and requested property inspections
i) Coordinate with accounting and bookkeeping and reconcile all accounts against the budget(s)
j) Coordinate with HOAs and CCRs
5. Talent Acquisition Manager
a) Create job descriptions and market open positions
b) Recruit prospective staff members from other organizations
c) Interview Prospective staff members
e) Oversee the onboarding process and complete onboarding checklists (separation checklist too)
