We are a company based in the US that aims to connect entrepreneurs, entrepreneur support organizations, and investors to grow entrepreneurial businesses. We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant (EA) who will manage the schedule of an executive and support him in daily operations. We are looking to hire at least 5 individuals for this post.
Job responsibilities:
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Act as a first point of contact: email management and phone calls
Managing the executive’s calendar
Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
Stay on top of the executive’s important meetings, tasks and deadlines
Filter emails and other concerns and directing them appropriately to the proper person or department
Record notes and messages for the executive
Managing CRM and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Communicate with the other key departments of the company to update executive on the different projects of the company
Liaising with suppliers, clients, partners, and potential investors
Other ad hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements:
Advanced English (conversational and writing skills-email, chat, and calling skills)
MUST Pass English assessments with flying colors
Availability to work full time (40 hours/week)
Work during US business hours (REQUIRED)
Typing speed 40 wpm
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Strong customer service skills
Results-driven, a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to dive in and completely own the position
Internet / web navigation
Good CRM skills
Good practical experience with office management tools especially Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook), and the ability to learn company-specific software
Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
Enthusiastic about delivering positive results
College Graduate (preferred but not required)
Distraction-free workspace with zero distraction
Working computer (preferably with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an i3 Intel Core-Processor, or its equivalent) and a back up computer
Fast, stable internet (minimum dedicated 20mbps-download/upload) and a backup internet connection
Good headset (preferably with noise canceling feature)
Clear webcam
