Responsibilities:
• Email Management: Efficiently organize and manage emails to ensure timely responses.
• Calendar Management and Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and coordination of travel arrangements.
• Task Management: Leverage Notion to effectively track and manage tasks.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via email, maintaining a high level of service.
• Data Entry and Database Management: Accurately enter data and manage databases to support business operations.
• Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Bookkeeping and Financial Tasks: Oversee bookkeeping, handle invoicing via Stripe, and track expenses.
• Personal Assistant Tasks: Arrange personal bookings, online shopping, errands, and provide reminders for important dates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a strategic role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Consulting, investment banking, or similar background highly desirable.
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a proven track record in executing complex projects.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management abilities with effective prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Notion, Gmail, and basic bookkeeping.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear and concise articulation of complex ideas.
• Discretion: High level of integrity, capable of managing confidential information professionally.
• Availability: Must be able to work North American business hours.
