About the job
ServerHub is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our company and provide excellent support and assistance to our CEO. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the. company executives, which include CEOs, vice presidents, and other high-ranking business managers.
Job Responsibility
Manage professional and personal scheduling of the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, invoices, reports, and other documents.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes if the CEO can’t do so.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents to determine importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge 
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to details
Maintain Discretion and confidentiality
Must haves:
Desktop or Laptop and stable internet connection
Ability to work on the graveyard shift, particularly during US Central Timezone
Can travel and do errands if the job requires
