Executive Assistant

We are recruiting an executive assistant for our busy director to help him manage his daily tasks and increase efficiency.

– Company location: Sydney, Australia
– Position Type Full-Time (40 hours per week).
– Start Date: As soon as possible.
– Working Hours: 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM Philippines Time

Our director owns an innovative cybersecurity company specialising in helping companies achieve meaningful transformation through effective and efficient security practices. We seek a highly competent and experienced EA to support growth as our company strives to become a leader in secure and successful digital transformations for businesses of all sizes.
As our ideal candidate, you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills. You are confident, authoritative, and informative in your voice and passionate about providing high-quality service.

As his EA, you will be responsible for handling email communications, call management, and providing social media and LinkedIn support by creating and curating posts, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience. You will work closely with the team to help retain and expand our existing client base.
Your responsibilities will include:

1. Researching relevant content and drafting blog posts that align with Polarys’ mission and values.
2. Creating compelling social media posts that increase engagement and user interaction.
3. Engaging with our audience through comments and messages promptly.
4. Helping to keep our LinkedIn page updated with current information about our organisation and its activities.
5. Providing overall administrative support to the company’s team as and when required.

The successful candidate will have experience as an EA, with excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills. A good knowledge of cyber security services and IT is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of YouTube video creation would be a bonus.
