We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s more than just an assistant; you’re a strategic partner in crime. You’ll be the right-hand confidante to our amazing Owner, ensuring their day runs smoothly and their vision takes center stage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Big Picture Thinking: The EA becomes a trusted confidant and counsel for the Owner. First, you need to have a solid understanding of our business so that you put more granular questions into the larger context of our company’s goals.
Master Scheduler: You’ll become the master of the Owner’s schedule, wielding it with ninja-like precision. Appointments, meetings, travel – it all flows through you like a well-oiled machine.
Communication Virtuoso: Your emails will be clear, concise, and leave a lasting impression. You’ll be the voice of the Owner, crafting compelling messages and presentations that resonate.
Gatekeeper Extraordinaire: You’ll skillfully manage incoming requests, prioritizing deadlines, and ensuring only the most critical matters reach the Owner’s desk.
Project Management Maestro: From organizing meetings to coordinating complex projects, you’ll keep all the balls in the air with effortless grace.
Research Whiz: You’ll be the ultimate information sleuth, digging up relevant data and preparing concise reports to support the Owner’s decisions.

Regularly review account performance metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives and drive mutual success.
Provide training and support to clients on product usage, best practices, and new features. Ensure clients are fully utilizing our products to their maximum potential.
Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements. Advocate for client needs within the organization.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Excellent communication and writing skills: This includes written communication that is clear, concise, grammatically correct, and professional across all channels (email, presentations, reports). Strong verbal communication skills are also crucial for interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
Organization and time management skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized is essential.
Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling appointments to proofreading documents.
Discretion and confidentiality: Executive assistants handle sensitive information and must be trustworthy and discreet.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You’ll need to manage your workload independently but also collaborate effectively with others.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to anticipate problems and find solutions quickly is a valuable asset.
Proficiency in office technology: This includes a strong understanding of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as calendar and email management tools.
Experience with Zoho preferred
