We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Executive Assistant** to support our medical spa owner in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth clinic operations. As a virtual assistant based in the Philippines, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining efficient workflows and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

1. Calendar Management
– Coordinate and manage the medical spa owner’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
– Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups.

2. Email Management:
– Monitor and organize incoming emails.
– Draft responses or escalate urgent matters as needed.

3. **Data Entry:**
– Accurately input data into spreadsheets and databases.
– Maintain records related to patient appointments, inventory, and financial transactions.

4. **Customer Support:**
– Assist clients with inquiries, appointment bookings, and general information.
– Provide friendly and professional communication.

5. **Bookkeeping:**
– Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and revenue.
– Collaborate with the finance team as necessary.

6. **Answer Phone Calls and Emails:**
– Respond promptly to phone calls and emails.
– Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

7. **Organizing Travel and Events:**
– Arrange travel itineraries for the medical spa owner.
– Coordinate events, workshops, or promotional activities.

8. **Additional Tasks:**
– Depending on the medical spa’s needs, you may also assist with graphic design, social media management, or other specialized tasks.

### **Qualifications:**

– **Experience:** Proven experience as a virtual or personal assistant.
– **Communication Skills:** Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

### **Compensation:**
– Hourly rate: Approximately USD $3-5 per hour
