We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist & Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and bookings through Instagram outreach, providing outstanding customer service, managing inquiries, promoting our website for bookings, and maintaining an active presence on our Instagram account by posting daily promotional content.
Responsibilities:
targeted outreach on Instagram to engage potential customers in the San Diego area through direct messages (DMs), making compelling offers for our car rental services.
personalized and persuasive messages to initiate conversations and promote our rental offerings effectively.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and assist with booking requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
and organize customer interactions effectively to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
our website and encourage customers to book rentals online, highlighting the convenience and benefits of online booking.
an active presence on our Instagram account by posting daily promotional content, including images, videos, and engaging captions.
with the marketing team to develop and refine content strategies for Instagram promotion.
engagement metrics and analyze the effectiveness of Instagram outreach and promotional efforts.
with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
experience in social media marketing, customer service, or related fields.
communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.
in using Instagram for business purposes, including DM outreach, engagement, and content posting.
organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer inquiries and interactions effectively.
to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
with the car rental industry and San Diego market is a plus.
internet connection and availability to work remotely.
