Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to Handle Multiple Clients: Manage tasks and personal assistance responsibilities for three or more clients, ensuring high-quality work is consistently delivered on time.
Task Coordination: Organize and manage various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and meeting strict deadlines.
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support in personal and professional matters, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate on the development and execution of effective social media strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
Social Media Management: Maintain and engage with social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, responding to messages, and tracking performance metrics.
Video Editing: Edit YouTube videos and short-form content like reels, ensuring high-quality, engaging visuals that reflect the brand’s image.
Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and follow up to generate new business opportunities.
Independent Work: Be self-reliant during periods when I’m preoccupied, taking the initiative to complete tasks and make informed decisions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency: Implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Business Development Support: Contribute to lead generation, cold outreach, and client relationship management to foster business growth.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate on business strategies, anticipating needs, and contributing innovative ideas to drive growth and scale the business.
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving capability.
