– Monday to Thursday: 1 PM to 10 PM (Philippine Time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owner of our dynamic and growing business. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective management across various aspects of the business. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Travel Planning: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights, accommodation, and manage travel logistics.
– Project Management (ClickUp): Oversee and manage tasks, deadlines, and project workflows using ClickUp.
– Job Posting/Writing: Create and manage job postings, screen resumes, and assist in the hiring process.
– AI Prompting: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for various business needs, including content creation and automation.
– Report Preparation and Analysis: Compile, prepare, and analyze business reports to aid decision-making.
– Recording Payments: Maintain financial records and manage transactions using Zoho Books.
– Website Management: Oversee website updates, maintenance, and content management.
– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
– Follow-up on Sales Pitches: Track and follow up on sales leads and pitches to drive business growth.
– Process and Workflow Creation: Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance business operations.
Required Experience:
– Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
– Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
– Knowledge of Zoho Books for financial record-keeping.
– Familiarity with ClickUp for project management.
– Competency in Ahrefs for SEO and website analytics.
– Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel for data management and analysis.
Its positive (but not mandatory), if you know about the following:
– Understanding of SEO and its best practices.
– Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
– Knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
– Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for website customization.
