THE JOB
As a Personal Assistant to the Founder, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and activities of the company. Working directly with the founder, this position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and allows you to make a significant impact on the success of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data entry and management.
• Excel spreadsheet management.
• Graphic design tasks.
• Content creation, including writing and editing.
• SEO tasks, such as keyword research and optimization.
• Conducting research on industry trends and competitors.
• CRM system management, including data entry and generating reports.
• Assisting with placing orders and coordinating with suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry, Excel, graphic design, and content creation.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Reliable Internet connection and availability to work flexible hours.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

THE MONEY
