Overview:
We are seeking highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistants to support a range of entrepreneurial projects, including a personal brand focused on self-improvement and creativity, a music tech startup, a martial arts online course, and an e-commerce gifting shop. The ideal candidates will be skilled in all of some of the following; administrative tasks, data entry and research, content creation, social media management, and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and growth across all projects.
Outreach & Communication: Conduct outreach for guest posts, influencer collaborations, and partnership opportunities. Draft and manage email and DM campaigns for various outreach efforts.
Research & Database Management: Perform market research, compile lists of potential contacts (e.g., influencers, partners, interviewees), and maintain an organized database for all projects.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across multiple social media channels, engaging with followers and monitoring analytics to adjust strategies as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with email management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to support project leads and streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Ability to conduct research and synthesize information effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools and software.
