Job Description

Looking for an Executive Assistant to start immediately part time in February and by March transition to a full time 40 hours weekly. Primary line of work is life & mortgage protection insurance.

GENERAL DUTIES
1. Scheduling potential client appointment
– Contacting potential client inquiries that come in via our website
– Gather 3 key information on the call
– Book a time on my calendar when they will be available

2. Client support / service
– Following up on potential clients who missed their appointment or requested a follow up
– Communication with the insurance carrier(s) for various reasons
– Gathering additional details from clients that the insurance carriers need

3. Assist with building of company
– Recruiting, screening & onboarding talent
– Documentation of various SOPs
– Assist with ideas of content creation

4. Other general assistance
– Managing 100% of email inbox & calendar
– Plan & coordinate travel arrangements
– Managing personal life & activities
– Social media engagement

REQUIREMENTS
Advanced/Native English
8GB of RAM
25MBPS download & upload speed (Speed Test)
Noise Cancelling Headset
Availability minimum of 5hrs daily
3pm – 8pm EST
