**Job Title:** Executive Assistant / Superstar

**Location:** Remote (EST hours: 10pm to 2am Manila Time)

**Hours:** At least 20 hours per week, with potential for more on an as-needed basis

**Responsibilities:**

As our Executive Assistant/Superstar, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, performing a variety of tasks including:

– Prioritizing and managing email communications effectively.
– Keeping meticulous records of current and incoming clients and projects.
– Responding promptly to customer requests on our client portal.
– Attending sales calls alongside the business owner and taking detailed notes.
– Preparing quotes for clients.
– Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients.
– Utilizing your video editing skills to create engaging Instagram Reels.
– Crafting compelling social media posts.
– Handling phone calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
– Tackling a range of ad-hoc tasks, as the needs of a small business are constantly evolving.
