Job Title: Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Executive Assistant who will also serve as the Chief of Staff for our company. In this dual role, you will provide direct support to our Founder & CEO while also managing critical projects and initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Work with clients on behalf of the CEO and manage client deliverables.
•Being proactive, translating ideas into actions with passion, energy and precision, while providing frequent concise communication.
•Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
•Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
•Lead and manage special projects from conception to completion, collaborating with various teams.
•Oversee and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
•Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success.
•Act as the Chief of Staff, providing strategic support to the executive team and ensuring alignment with company goals.
•Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to build relationships with clients and industry professionals, enhancing our network.
•Monitor and manage project performance, and provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
•Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
•Oversee the development of new client relationships
•Drive the growth and success of our company and its various product lines and clients through strategic guidance and operational support.
•Experience in data analysis and budget management
•Adaptive business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
•Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
•Previous experience in project management or as a Chief of Staff is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
