Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as the Executive
Assistant and Communications – Country Operations.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Country Head’s day-to-day activities while
also managing and coordinating executive communications efforts in the country.
The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills, attention to
detail, and a strong understanding of executive-level operations and corporate communications.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring optimal time management and schedule coordination of the Country Head for Operations,
which include itinerary management
Act as a liaison between the CH and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism
and confidentiality in all interactions
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as required by the CH.
Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making and provide insightful
recommendations.
Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages, on behalf of
the CH.
Work closely with Corporate Communications Team to develop and execute strategic plans to
enhance the country operation’s image and reputation both internally and externally. This includes
crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications, including newsletters,
announcements, and social media posts where applicable.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate
objectives
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities for proactive engagement
and addressing potential issues.
Collaborate with the Administrative Team to organize and coordinate internal and external events,
including client and customer visits, company events, conferences, and speaking engagements for
the CH to promote thought leadership and industry presence in the country.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
preferred).
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a corporate communications role,
preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Adaptability to evolving situations and willingness to take initiative.
