Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator
As an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enabling the company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for supporting the company’s executives in their day-to-day functions, while also assisting with marketing tasks to help promote the company’s brand and initiatives. Your job description should include a brief overview of the company and the position’s key functions, as well as detailed information about responsibilities, skills and qualifications, and benefits.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
• Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
• Conduct market research and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and activities
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
Video editing skills a plus

Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must have C-2 mastery
• Time-management skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is needed
