RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as the CEO’s main point of contact, skillfully overseeing email management, which involves filtering and
prioritizing messages, as well as efficiently organizing calendars and addressing ad hoc tasks.
* Assist CEO with daily scheduling and whereabouts management, ensuring meeting and appointment readiness.
Organize all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Maintain constant communication with the CEO for seamless activity coordination.
* Aid in prioritizing and organizing daily tasks, giving prompt attention to urgent matters.
* Ensure cost-effective and efficient execution of company operations.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, processes, and best practices, maintaining an organized
workflow.
* Monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct quality controls.
* Ensure operational activities adhere to established schedules and timelines.
* Assist in preserving the CEO’s focus on essential tasks and goals while eliminating distractions for enhanced productivity.
* Establish and oversee Trello boards and workflows for improved task management and organization, incorporating all assigned tasks into the board.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO or Operations Support
* Excellent communication skills for effective activity coordination
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and
operations management
* Capability to create and implement efficient systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Highly organized, adaptable, and adept at managing multiple priorities
* Demonstrates efficiency, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Exhibits a proactive approach to addressing challenges
* Self-driven demeanor, showcasing the ability to work autonomously, initiate tasks, and consistently meet
deadlines
* Thrives in both independent and collaborative settings within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
