Executive Assistant and Social Media Specialist

Salary: $500 – $750 per month (PHP 27,500)
Location: Remote (Philippines)

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant and Social Media Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our Director and lead our digital marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely for a fast-growing UK-based company while enjoying the flexibility of working from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
1) Manage the Director’s email, calendar, travel, and administrative tasks
2) Draft, edit and proofread business documents and correspondence
3) Provide technical support for the Director’s Windows 365 environment
4) Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
5) Create compelling content for social media, website and marketing materials
6) Monitor social media analytics and provide performance reports
7) Collaborate with internal teams on branding and communications

Requirements:
– 1-2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
– Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Preferred:
– Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
– Experience with WordPress, Canva, or basic graphic design
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics
